What we do charge for outside of the monthly fixed fee:

- Legionnaire assessment - £45

- Gas Safety Check - £99 (Boiler only)

- Electric Cert - from £205

- Selection, inventory and CH / tenant check in per property - £295

- Agent professional hourly rate - £35

- Property take over with existing tenant - £150

- EPC - £85

Marketing and sign up only

We can also offer marketing and sign up only deals so if you want to save some money and manage your own properties, once you are Rent Smart qualified. This package might be for you if you have concerns about the setting up of a contract then we can ensure that you get the best tenant by doing the signing up for you, with a comprehensive contract.

 

DPS

The DPS is a deposit protection service, many Landlords don’t bother with deposit as they don’t want the hassle of making sure it is protected properly. As Landlords ourselves and through our own experiences we recommend collecting deposits. If there is any damage or misuse of the property your investment stays protected. If it is done by us the deposit will be there to aid any financial loss due to damage of your property.
